- Abstract
The article focuses on the move by the U.S. Army Dental and Trauma Research Development (DTRD) to relocate to Fort Sam Houston, Texas in 2010. It says that the action, which makes DTRD part of Army Institute of Surgical Research (ISR), redefined DTRD's mission to provide world-class military-relevant research, prevention, and rehabilitation of dental diseases and craniofacial trauma. It mentions that the move was in accordance with the 2005 Base Closure and Realignment Committee action.
