- Abstract
The article presents a prospective study on the serum levels of soluble forms of sCD30L and sCD30 in adult patients with psoriasis who were treated by Goeckerman's therapy (GT). The study employs the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to assess the soluble forms of CD30 and sCD30L molecules. The study shows that the sCD30 molecule's serum level is reduced by GT while the serum level of sCD30L molecule in psoriasis is not affected by the GT.
