- Abstract
The authors discuss a report that determines the arm position in which a Hill-Sachs lesion (HSL) is created. Topics mentioned include the traumatic notch on the humeral head that was first described in 1855, the agreement between preoperative 3D-CT and intraoperative arthroscopic classification of HSL according to the glenoid track, and the shape of the HSL changes during the traumatic process.
