- Abstract
The article discusses issue of reburial of prehistoric human remains in Great Britain and modern Paganism. The article discusses Neopagans' conflict with archaeologists and heritage managers, including disputes over access to sites. Particular attention is given to the organization Honouring the Ancient Dead, a lobby group for the British Pagan community. It is reported that the group aims to gain Neopagan input in the treatment of ancient human remains from British archaeological sites. The ethical responsibility of archaeologists is also discussed.
