- Abstract
The article discusses the Canadian court case involving airline passenger rights activist Gábor Lukács who filed a lawsuit against airline company United Airlines for damaged baggage. It states that the name tag of Lukács' suitcase went missing when he travelled from Winnipeg to Savannah, Georgia with the company. The Canadian Transportation Agency reportedly dismissed the complaint as the airline has clarified its baggage policy on their website.
