The article describes the case of a 45-year-old man who undergone controlled surgical and prosthodontic reconstruction of excessive overbite and disharmonious occulsal plane. The patient's maxillary canines had never erupted, which resulted spacing of the anterior dentition. The maxillary restoration involved the posterior teeth on the right and left sides, and the anterior implant-supported area.
