- Abstract
The article discusses advantages of using drones to improve observation techniques to protect environment and its effect on right to privacy in context of the United States, Belize and Kenya. Topics discussed include current uses of drones to combat illegal fishing in Belize, to prevent illegal poaching in Kenya; concept of customary international law and open fields doctrine; decision of the U.S. Supreme court in cases Katz v. United States, Oliver v. United States and California v. Ciraolo.
