- Abstract
The article offers an overview, analysis, commentary, and proceeds with text for the outline to the end of the challenging finding of facts under appeals from trial courts in Utah. It mentions that a lawyer's initial evaluation of whether to file an appeal is an eventful appellate activity, noting that improper assessment of the appellate worthiness of cases can disservice the lawyer, the client, and the appellate system. It also states that appeals should not be filed unless cases present realistic reasons for reversing important and substantive trial court rulings. Several other factors required in filing for appeals from trial courts are discussed.
