Describes the generation and characteristics of dendritic cells (DC) from blood of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia patients with an indolent disease to elucidate using autologous DC for vaccine therapy. Analysis of the functional capability of DC; Identification of two distinct DC populations in patients as well as in controls; Presentation of tumor antigens in a therapeutic vaccination approach.
