- Abstract
The article presents the text of Resolution 1966 (2010) adopted by the United Nations Security Council at its 6463rd meeting in New York on December 22, 2010. It cites that the council recalls the resolution 827 (1993) establishing the International Tribunal for the former Yoguslavia (ICTY) and resolution 955 establishing the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR). It reaffirms the necessity of all persons indicted by the ICTY and ICTR to be brought to justice.
