- Abstract
The article discusses Miller v. Alabama court case which was related to the juvenile homicide offenders and the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court was applauded by the juvenile justice community of the U.S. It criticizes the Miller case and calls it unprincipled and unsound for its failure to rule according to the Eighth Amendment of the U.S. that prohibits the imposition of life without parole.
