The article discuses the paramolar structures of the upper dentition. A study was conducted using 2,499 upper molars from skulls from the Chicago Natural History Museum. The Poisson distributions method was used to determine the frequency of paramolar structures in the teeth. A constant cusp formation was found except for one case.
