- Abstract
In this study, 6 types of macroporous adsorption resin were selected by comparing with their performances in adsorbing and desorbing. The optimum adsorbent material for the protein of Musca domestica not induced was determined. By static and dynamic adsorption experiments, the influences of flow rate and protein concentration on the adsorption capacity were shown, and the adsorption quantity could reach 217.18 mg/g(based on dry resin) with a desorbing ratio of 76.48%. The primary purification was carried out by ethanol with different concentrations according to their hydrophobic property. The fraction eluted by ethanol with 55% concentration showed the best activities against E. coli, S. aureus and B. subtilis. The diameter of the antimicrobial circles was 5.8, 3.1 and 2.4 mm, respectively.
