- Abstract
The article focuses on exploring and achieving high-resolution nondestructive nanometrology in multi-frequency and multi-excitation domain. It discusses the nanoscale properties of plant cells through the hybrid photonic-nanomechanical force microscopy (HPFM), while facing challenges including non-destructive high-resolution subsurface probing capability, high spatial spectral resolution chemical mapping.
