The article presents a case study of a 59-year old male patient who was suffering from diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease. Topics discussed include no detection of regional wall abnormalities in echocardiography; use of Dipyridamole drugs for settlement of proximal lesion; discharge of patient with medical treatment; conduction of percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary anatomical finding and benefits of dipyridamole stress echocardiography such as low cost.
