- Title
A Father Willis reborn -- the organ of Cirencester Parish Church.
- Authors
Hammond, Anthony
- Abstract
The article presents information on an organ at the Cirencester Parish Church in England which is based on the one built by Father Henry Willis in 1896. It says that the original organ was built in 1695 but it was replaced with an instrument by Samuel Green in 1790. When a major restoration of the building was planned, it was also decided to completely rebuild and reconfigure the organ and that project went to Harrison and Harrison. Its inauguration in concert will be held in a week-long festival starting April 17, 2010.
