- Abstract
The article discusses the author's recommendations regarding the continuation of securities reform in America and the elimination of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC's) integration doctrine as of 2015. America's Securities Act of 1933 is addressed in relation to the regulation of the offer and sale of securities. Small business capital financing and laws are examined, along with the SEC's five-factor test for companies engaged in successive securities offerings.
