The article discusses various lawsuits involving Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Topics discussed include denial of plaintiffs' motion to remand an action which was removed on basis of alleged fraudulent joinder in U.S. court case Farr v. Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railways, denial of a motion to dismiss want of jurisdiction in case Nyffeler Constr., Inc. v. Secretary of Labor, and reconvening of jury following dismissal in the case Wagner v. Jones by the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit.
