- Abstract
The article presents a study on sustainability leadership in manufacturing industry. It says that sustainable leadership questionnaire (SOQ) was given to five manufacturing companies in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arkansas where 1500 employees used the Likert scale in rating their leaders' sustainability behavior. It adds that split-half reliability coefficient and Cronbach alpha were applied to the returned questionnaires to test internal reliability. Results showed that sustainable leadership is not strong although it exists in the companies.
