Abstract
The article reports on the opposition of the National Mining Association (NMA) to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) climate change rule. Topics discussed include views of NMA's president Hal Quinn, EPA's rule that require states to reduce carbon emissions by 32 percent from 2005 level and impact of the rule on coal production and mining industry jobs.
