Nurturing Brain Development From Birth to 3.
- Authors
GOPNIK, ALISON
- Abstract
Alison Gopnik, PhD, a researcher and professor at the University of California at Berkeley, responds to questions about the ways researchers are discovering the complex processes of early cognitive development. Dr. Gopnik shares some of the creative research methods that are demonstrating how infants are figuring out what is going on in the mind of another human being, an area of research that has come to be called theory of mind and has made a significant contribution to the understanding of the remarkable progress of early cognitive and social development in the earliest years of life.
