- Abstract
The article focuses on the compounds which has antiplasmodial activity that are isolated from plants according to its phytochemical process. It says that the major parasitic disease in subtropical and tropical regions is malaria, wherein in Africa, it is responsible of causing one million deaths each year. It states that the potential source of antimalarial drugs the plants used in traditional medicine due to its molecules that contain a variety of pharmacological activities and structures.
