- Abstract
The article presents the author's insights on the ways to have a good collaboration between music teachers, performing students and listeners in master classes. The author says that he heard complaints from musicians who were dismayed or frustrated by master classes they attended. He states that master clinicians must project voices adequately, annunciate clearly, and manage time. He adds that master clinicians must not to forget to compliment students and do a drive-by teaching.
