- Abstract
In this paper, an electrochemical aptasensor based on MXene composite nanomaterials loaded with gold nanoparticles(Au NPs@MXene)was studied, which could sensitively detect aflatoxin B1 (AFB1). Using the special two-dimensional structure of MXene and its reducibility, Au NPs could be grown in situ on its surface simply, quickly, and efficiently. The synthesized material had excellent conductivity, large specific surface area, and better electrocatalytic activity, which could be used as the substrate material of electrochemical biosensor. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the detection limit of AFB1 by the reported sensor was 6.3 pg/mL (S/N=3), and the linear range was 0.05 ng/mL-100 ng/mL. It has been applied to the determination of AFB1 in millet samples and has great potential in other food substrates.
