Effects of Different Treatment on Storage Quality of Golden Delicious Apple.

- Abstract
In order to solve the problem of intolerence to storage of Golden Delicious apples, the effects of pre-harvest field treatment, post-harvest soaking of different chemical agents and different packaging method on the storage quality of Golden Delicious apples were investigated. The results showed that field treatment with carbendazim combined with dianiline could effectively increase the quality of the apple during storage. Postharvest chemical immersion treatment with 0.067% carbendazim, 0.l% MH (self -prepared pesticide), 10% NaCl, 0.2% dianiline could effectively maintain the storage quality of Golden Delicious apples, reduce the occurrence of diseases during the storage period, and showed better preservation effect. The best packing mode was packaging in 15 kg bags followed by packaging in box, which could extend the preservation period to 6 months if stored at 0-2 °C.
