The article discusses Digital Yoknapatawpha (DY), an online database project, as an accessible and transparent scholarly resource that can be used to study the work and imagined geographies of American author William Faulkner. Topics discussed include how DY has engaged a range of Faulkner scholars across the globe; its design as an interactive and visual research medium; and how the digital project allows for new interpretations of Faulkner's work.
