Qualidade Adesiva de Dois Sistemas Restauradores em Lesões Cervicais: Resultados Parciais.

- Abstract
Este estudo apresenta os resultados da primeira etapa (te'cnica direta) do projeto "Comparação entre a qualidade adesiva de sistemas restauradores direto e semidireto de resina composta na restauração de leso~es cervicais". Foram utilizados terceiros molares que foram distribuídos aleatoriamente em dois grupos (técnica direta e técnica semidireta) (n=10). As restaurações foram confeccionadas com a resina composta Filtek Z350XT e o adesivo Adper Scotchbond Multi-Purpose, ambos da 3M. Os dentes restaurados foram seccionados nas dimensões de 0,9 mm x 0,9 mm x 8mm e submetidos ao teste de microtração para avaliação da resistência de união. Os padrões de fratura foram avaliados por microscopia eletrônica de varredura e as diferenças dos valores de resistência de união entre os padrões de fratura foram testadas pelo teste t (não pareado). O valor médio da resistência de união foi 48,56 (± 10,44) MPa, variando entre 26,65 MPa (adesiva) a 87,11 MPa (coesiva em resina). A resistência de união entre as fraturas coesivas em resina e coesivas em dentina e mistas foram significativas (p<0,05). O padrão de fratura coesivo em resina foi o de maior frequência (57,45%), seguido pelo misto (28,4%), adesivo (10,06%) e coesivo em dentina (4,14%). Considerando as limitações deste trabalho podemos considerar que as restaurações diretas apresentaram boa qualidade adesiva.
