The article focuses on the different calibration processes for liquid chromatography (LC) methods. One of which is the external standardization, a technique that simply compares the detector response between known and unknown concentrations of analyte. Moreover, overview of the function of internal standardization, a compound often related to the analyte, in calibration process is presented.
