- Abstract
Https://doi.org/10.1093/bjd/ljad133 Dear Editor, The inclusion of several patient-reported outcomes in clinical endpoints has led to an increase in respondent burden. The strength of its correlations with the corresponding Skindex-29 domains supports the idea that Skindex-16 may capture QoL similarly to Skindex-29. Our patient population largely demonstrated moderate disease both in terms of clinical and patient-reported measures, reported as mean (SD): CDASI-A 16.3 (10.4); CDASI-D 3.6 (2.5); Skindex-29 symptoms 46.5 (23.8); Skindex-29 emotions 42.1 (25.5); Skindex-29 functioning 28.4 (24.8); Skindex-16 symptoms 45.3 (32.7); Skindex-16 emotions 49.7 (32.6); Skindex-16 functioning 28.0 (27.7); DLQI 6.3 (6.6); PtGA 4.4 (3.1).
