- Abstract
Dear Editor, A 51-year-old Italian policeman with diabetes and long-standing, histopathologically confirmed psoriasis presented with green, velvety plaques on his sacrococcygeal and gluteal regions, surrounded by erythematous, scaly lesions (a). He reported excessive hyperhidrosis and use of a resistance elastic band to cover his psoriasis. Although some cutaneous infections or colonization with greenish discoloration due to I P. aeruginosa i are known, including green foot and green nail syndrome,[2] this is the first report of green discoloration of psoriasis.
