- Abstract
The article presents a court case in which the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts allowed a terrorism victim to attach assets held within a guerilla group member's 401(k) plan despite the antialienation provision of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). In the case, Anthony Caballero enforced the final judgment against the Colombian guerilla groups Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia and Norte de Valle Cartel for the murder of his father.
