The article focuses on social media guidelines of the U.S. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) which fail to address concerns of employers and employee about social media. Topics include the use of social media in the workplace, the challenges to employment related actions for use of social media by employees, and guidelines issued by the NLRB regarding social media management.
