- Abstract
The article deals with the spatial and digital reorganization of work during and after the Corona pandemic. Challenges related to working from home and in the office are discussed, particularly in terms of gender and care sociology. Results from various research projects conducted before, during, and after the first lockdown are presented. The article emphasizes that the working world is not limited to just working from home, but rather represents a continuum between presence and non-presence. Possible impacts of the increase in mobile work on the operation as a workplace and learning environment are also discussed. The article provides insights into the potential consequences of marginalizing the company as a workplace and learning environment due to the increase in mobile work.
