- Abstract
The article offers information on the need for reform and modifications to the employment discrimination laws for development of effective policies for protection of employees suffering from hostile environment harassment from retaliation of employer in the U.S. It discusses the significance of provisions of the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in development of anti-retaliation policies.
