- Abstract
The article discusses role of U.S. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's administration during the Civil War of Spain. Various works they did at the time are discussed including elections organized for appointing U.S. diplomats in Spanish government in 20th century, protection of American citizens from Spanish crises and isolationism of citizens.
