- Abstract
The article focuses on assessment of the efforts of the U.S. to limit the use of international law by their courts from the perspective of the foreign relations. Topics discussed include development of the existing and proposed legislation and comparing it with Oklahoma amendments, role of U.S. Supreme Court in the U.S. Judicial System, and structural issues that surround the state court applications of international law.
