- Abstract
The article focuses on the exploitation of civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) statute under the U.S. District Court case Feld Entertainment, Inc. v. ASPCA. It analyzes that the exploitation of the RICO has lead to the sustainment of abuse of abuse of the statute. It emphasizes on the Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to provide potential solution for prohibition of the exploitation.
