- Abstract
The article provides an overview of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI) corporate office remodeling project of Hunzinger Construction in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Topics include how Hunzinger's commitment to green building and being a member of the U.S. Green Building Council started, the goals of the renovation project, a LEED-CI checklist identified as achievable points for the project such as water efficiency, and the challenges of the construction.
