Scaling up the systematic hunt for mammalian genetic interactions.
- Authors
Hart, Traver; Moffat, Jason
- Abstract
The authors focus on three research studies related to RNA interference. They state that scientist A. Roguev et al. have used the endonuclease prepared short interfering RNA (esiRNA) for determining interactions between genes involved in chromatin remodeling and scientist C. Laufer et al. have used commercial short interfering RNA (siRNA) in order to assay gene interactions. They also mention that scientist M.C. Bassik et al. have used short hairpin RNAs for RNA interference process.
