- Abstract
The article argues for the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (SaVE Act) as a tool for survivors and advocates to prevent sexual violence and examines how it can fill the void left by Title IX. Topics discussed include requirements of Campus SaVE Act, its goals of transparency, accountability and prevention, its limitations as a substitute for Title IX, codification of Title IX values through requirements for student support and benefits of a lack of politicization and the Clergy Act Fines.
