- Abstract
The article discusses whether the crime of aggression should be prosecuted as a crime in the International Criminal Court (ICC), and it mentions the Rome Statute of the ICC, the criminal jurisdiction of the ICC, and the history of international law as of 2016. The enactment of an updated definition of the crime of aggression is examined, along with heads of State immunity, a self-defense right under international law, and various criminal proceedings such as the Nuremberg War Crime Trials.
