- Abstract
The article focuses on the two new amendments to procedure rules which became law effective on July 1, 2011. Several additional information under the Tennessee Rule of Civil Procedure 26.04(4) on interrogatories are mentioned including qualifications, other cases during the last four years wherein the witness testified as an expert, and damages to be paid. It adds that the Tennessee Rule of Criminal Procedure was amended due to the 2010 U.S. Supreme Court's judgment in Padilla versus Kentucky.
