The article focuses on the revised educational law, the Code of Professional Ethics, issued by the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) in the U.S. The bill emphasizes that the teachers would commit themselves to fulfill their duties and obligations to provide learning and knowledge to the students. The author cites the principles of Betty J. Morris, a respected educator at the school library media and technology in Denver, Colorado. It states that many of media specialists have offered controversial subjects especially the protection of individual rights to select materials for the media production.
