- Abstract
The article examines instructional programs for teachers to meet students' learning process and reading proficiency in the U.S. Teachers need to ensure that small group instruction meets its instructional needs effectively and to secure that the individualized approaches achieve instructional needs in the classroom. Thus, teachers should consider and give high fidelity to students through guided reading and grouping with the use of leveled texts and interventions.
