- Abstract
The article focuses on the importance of construction of science and welfare in economic policy. Gunnar Myrdal, an economic theorist, sociologist, Swedish Minister of Trade and Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Europe, has recommended the approach called indirect approach to objectivity. The direct approach to objectivity has a practical basis in a demand for information common to different interest groups and historical information. Rationality is a primary assumption for the greater part of economic theory, while the advantage obtained by the exchange between economic subjects is the classical gospel of economic. The main object of wise statesmanship is to balance the time and place of human activity.
