- Authors
Butcher, Lola
- Abstract
The article offers perspectives from Joseph Kim, founder of the website NonClinicalJobs.com on physician's continuing education on Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA). According to Kim, fresh graduates can make use of the MBA degree to compensate from the lack of work experience. In addition, it gives a level of credibility to pursue higher level types of jobs. In support to Kim's statement, two surveys suggest that physicians with MD/MBA degree proves to be worthwhile.
