Title
Semi-active control of a passenger vehicle for improved ride and handling.
Abstract
The article highlights a study conducted by the researchers of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Bath University in England regarding the use of the semi-active control of a passenger vehicle to improve ride and handling. It indicates the application of skyhook control and variants of balance control by a magnetorheological damper. In addition, it describes the magnitude of acceleration reduction and the handling response of the vehicle.
