Abstract
The article reports on the complaint to Tracey Kirby of Hyndburn, England concerning her attitude of playing very loud music at all times of day and night. The neighbor complained to the Council in October 2006 and Kirby was served with a noise abatement notice. However, Kirby ignored the notice that why she was convicted at the Magistrates Court and fined £100 and ordered to surrender her music equipment.
