- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 30-year-old woman who was admitted for the elective repeat cesarean section at gestational age of 39 weeks. The patients had obstetric history of recurrent early pregnancy losses. The patient had no symptoms of thromboembolism during peripartum period. It also informs about the use of spinal-epidural anesthesia in a mild thrombocytopenic patient with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.
