- Abstract
The Liupan Mountain area in Ningxia is the main source of local surface water and the hydrological drought situation is an important factor influencing water resources planning in the region. Taking Haoshuichuan watershed as an example, it established an evaluation system, including hazard of risk factors, vulnerability of disaster-pregnant environment and hazard bearing body based on disaster theory. Then triangle fuzzy hierarchy analysis was used to determine the weight of indexes. Finally, GIS was used to analyze the drought risk and compartment in the valley. The results indicate that in the evaluation system, the weight of the hazard factor is 0.45, which is the main influencing factor of drought risk; the drought risk of the downstream is higher than that of the upstream; the risk of middle and lower streams is the highest and more than 50% of the regional risk levels belong to medium and high risk areas.
